It’s not often you find two people with amazing chemistry who also happen to get married in a one-of-a-kind location, surrounded by beautiful family and friends who all contributed body and soul to this most amazing union. All the details, planned and executed with style and finesse. All the moments, genuine. All the love, apparent. And all the moments, perfect and etched forever in the hearts of those who witnessed the commitment.

Brittany and Nelson, it has been SUCH a pleasure getting to know you both through the planning, the laughter, and the tears. You are wonderful and your life together will be amazing. Thank you for letting me be part of this journey.

    I think she was winking at me! When is the best time to take newborn photos? Honestly, when the baby *and you* are ready. I always recommend it within the first 2 weeks of life, but so many factors affect this decision. Bottom line, schedule it when you have the chance, but also while you have the chance - and don`t worry about the perfect timeline. What matters is that we get those photos (they`ll be one before you know it!).

    I always love a good father-son photo. I do get the question a lot, "Should parents be in the newborn photos?" and my answer is always yes, if you`re comfortable. I think capturing the moments with the parents - together and individually - makes for a very special capture that you`ll have as a memory for years to come.
