Extended family sessions are some of my favorites. In this instance, the K family hired me for a huge family shoot. We caught the last of the fall leaves from the Cottonwood Trees on Mt. Lemmon and the colors we spectacular. I loved their clothing choices and the super cute kiddos who all were perfectly behaved. This was probably one of my favorite extended family sessions ever. I love it when the whole family comes together – especially in the fall – for a family photo session. In this case, there were four families and the grandparents. I did a huge family photo as well as individual family units, some of the kiddos by themselves and together, and of course some of the couples! I also took a ton more family groupings.
If it has been a long time since the whole family got together, or if you or someone in your family is hosting everyone this year for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the holiday season here in Tucson, maybe it’s time to schedule a big family photograph! The memories will last a lifetime!
