I am over the moon with this maternity session! Isn’t she glowing?? Literally….
J was nervous about her session. She struggled with imagining what she would look like, how the locations we discussed would work, and generally just nervous about looking awkward in her photos. We met for coffee to chat about ideas but then as the session drew closer she changed her mind several times about the location. As a professional photographer, it’s part of the customer service I provide to allay fears, talk clients through their concerns, and promise them that no matter what – location, clothing, nerves – the photos will be beautiful. And in the end, she was SO happy with the photos. She didn’t feel (or look) awkward, she wore two maternity dresses I had in stock from Sew Trendy which turned out perfectly for the cool pinks and greens of sunrise in the desert, and the photos were a real celebration of the life she is about to bring into the world. Mission, accomplished.
