Meet the Lamberts

Any family that comes wearing Keds and Cowboy Boots, motorcycle in tow, without any prompting from me is my kind of family!! This photo session was very cool – but not just because of that. This was one of those moments when I realize how important my job is. The Lamberts are a military family and Rodney is getting ready to deploy in June. And I had the honor, the privilege, to mark this moment in time for them – capturing something tangible that they  – the boys, Kelley, and Rodney, can look to during the months of separation. Yes, I am lucky. I get to record these moments – life, family, love – the ones that matter most. And because I am also a military spouse I understand doubly how important those moments are. Thank you, Rodney. For being willing to serve, away from family. I hope these photographs play some small part in keeping you company until you come safe home.
