Pita and Zac started their happily ever after at the WigWam Resort in Phoenix Arizona on an unseasonably warm October day, but everything went beautifully and it cooled off in time for us to utilize the verdant golf course setting for some incredible end of the day creativity! The intimate ceremony and reception were lovely and enhanced by the attention to detail – from the succulents to the hydrangea and rose-filled bouquets to the focus on the importance of family. Truly a wonderful way to begin the rest of your life!

    I think she was winking at me! When is the best time to take newborn photos? Honestly, when the baby *and you* are ready. I always recommend it within the first 2 weeks of life, but so many factors affect this decision. Bottom line, schedule it when you have the chance, but also while you have the chance - and don`t worry about the perfect timeline. What matters is that we get those photos (they`ll be one before you know it!).

    I always love a good father-son photo. I do get the question a lot, "Should parents be in the newborn photos?" and my answer is always yes, if you`re comfortable. I think capturing the moments with the parents - together and individually - makes for a very special capture that you`ll have as a memory for years to come.
