On a beautiful Mississippi January I launched my 2012 wedding season with another awesome opportunity to second shoot for Irwin Funes (Funes Photography). I cannot think of a better way for me to start my jam-packed portrait and wedding season than alongside old (and new) friends and photographers. Here is a glimpse of my own captures from the day. What I love about second shooting is that I get a chance to photograph the quieter moments, the in-betweens, without too much pressure. Creativity is set free and some of my favorite images always result. It truly was a beautiful wedding and I cannot thank Irwin enough for trusting me as his second. I can’t wait to see what he comes up with when he seconds for me at the end of the month!
